以家庭为中心的护理对小儿支气管肺炎疗效及肺功能的影响

Curative effect of family-centered nursing on children bronchial pneumonia and its influence on the pulmonary function

目的:分析以家庭为中心的护理对小儿支气管肺炎疗效及肺功能的影响。方法:收治小儿支气管肺炎患儿100例,随机分为对照组、试验组,对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组的基础上给予以家庭为中心的护理。结果:试验组治疗效果明显优于对照组,试验组患儿的症状体征改善时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:以家庭为中心的护理可以提高护理治疗的效果,缩短症状体征改善的时间,改善患儿的肺功能。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of family-centered nursing on children bronchial pneumonia and its influence on the pulmonary function.Methods:100 children with bronchial pneumonia were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.The control group was given routine nursing.The experimental group was given family-centered nursing on the basis of the control group.Results:The treatment effect of the experimental group was significantly better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Family-centered nursing can improve the effect of nursing treatment,shorten the improvement time of symptoms and signs,improve the pulmonary function of children.
