转诊参与方对双向转诊管理及其影响因素看法的调查研究

Research on the view of referral players on the two way referral management and its influencing factors

目的:探讨医生和患者对双向转诊管理及其影响因素的看法。方法:随机抽取友谊医院住院医师50名,患者100例;社区医生48名,患者100例,针对医患双方对转诊管理的看法、转诊指征、转诊权力等进行调查研究。结果:医生与患者对转诊的看法基本一致,其影响因素有诸多方面。结论:医生和患者对转诊决定权的看法一致,但对转诊因素的看法不一。

Objective:To investigate the view of referral players on the two way referral management and its influencing factors.Methods:50 physicians and 100 patients were randomly selected from friendship hospital,in addation,there 48 physicians and 100 patients in the community were also selected randomly,then we investigate their view on referral management,referral syndrome and referral power etc in both of doctors and patients.Results:The views on referral both in doctors and patients are basically the same,the influential factors in many aspects.Conclusion:The doctors and patients has the same view on the referral decision,but disagree on referral factors.
