摘要
目的:探讨纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗结核性支气管狭窄的临床效果。方法:收治结核性支气管狭窄患者60例,对其进行纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗,观察其近期及远期治疗效果。结果:大部分患者治疗后获得较为理想的近期治疗效果,随访9个月后,70%患者病情好转或痊愈。结论:经纤维支气管镜球囊扩张术治疗结核性支气管狭窄效果良好。
Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopic balloon dilation in the treatment of tuberculous bronchial stenosis.Methods:60 patients with tuberculous bronchial stenosis were selected.They were given bronchoscopic balloon dilatation therapy,then we observed the short-term and long-term therapeutic effect.Results:Most of the patients obtained ideal therapeutic effects after treatment.After followed-up for 9 months,there were 70% patients improved or recovered.Conclusion:Transbronchial balloon dilation in the treatment of tuberculous bronchial stenosis has good effect.
