分析托吡卡胺滴眼剂对葡萄膜炎虹膜后粘连的预防及治疗作用

Analysis of the effect of prevention and treatment of tropicamide eye drops on the posterior synechia of the iris uveitis

目的:分析托吡卡胺滴眼剂对葡萄膜炎虹膜后粘连的预防及治疗作用。方法:收治葡萄膜炎患者52例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各26例,治疗组采用地塞米松加托吡卡胺滴眼剂进行预防治疗,对照组采用地塞米松加双氯芬酸钠滴眼液进行预防治疗,对比两组临床预防、治疗效果以及患者对治疗效果的满意度。结果:治疗组显效率92.4%高于对照组的69.2%,治疗组总有效率96.2%高于对照组的80.7%;治疗组满意度100%明显优于对照组的84.6%,P<0.05。结论:采用地塞米松加托吡卡胺滴眼剂对葡萄膜炎虹膜后粘连的预防及治疗的临床效果好,患者对治疗效果的满意度高。

Objective:To analyze the effect of prevention and treatment of tropicamide eye drops on the posterior synechia of the iris uveitis.Methods:52 patients with uveitis were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,26 cases in each.The treatment group were with dexamethasone plus tropicamide eye drops for prevention and treatment,while the control group was treated with dexamethasone and diclofenac sodium eye drops for prevention and treatment.We compared two groups of clinical prevention,treatment and patients of treatment satisfaction.Results:Significant efficiency of the treatment group was 92.4%,higher than that of the control group of 69.2%;the treatment group of the total efficiency was 96.2% higher than that of the control group of 80.7%;the treatment group satisfaction was 100%,significantly better than the control group of 84.6%,P<0.05.Conclusion:The effect of using dexamethasone plus tropicamide eye drops on the posterior synechia of the iris uveitis is good,and the satisfaction of patients for the treatment is high.
