育龄妇女皮下埋植避孕的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of norplant in women of childbearing age

目的:探讨育龄妇女皮下埋植避孕的临床效果。方法:2010年8月-2013年10月自愿来我院门诊接受皮下埋植避孕术的育龄妇女618例。调查分析其皮下埋植避孕的妇女在避孕效果、避孕后的不良反应、避孕前的心理反应以及对皮下埋植避孕知识的了解程度。结果:皮下埋植避孕有效率99.84%,不良反应发生率41.59%,对皮下埋植避孕知识了解的占79.45%。结论:皮下埋植避孕具有有效率高、埋取方便、恢复生育功能快等优点。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of norplant in women of childbearing age. Methods:618 women of childbearing age of norplant were selected from August 2010 to October 2013.We investigated and analyzed the contraceptive effect and side effects after norplant in women of childbearing age,in addation,the psychological reaction and the contraceptive knowledge level of norplant.Results:The effective rate of norplant was 99.84%;the incidence of adverse reactions was 41.59%;the understanding of norplant knowledge accounted for 79.45%.Conclusion:Norplant has the advantages of high efficiency,buried and taken convenient,and it also can fast recovery of reproductive function.
