宫腔镜与腹腔镜联合治疗在妇产科手术中的临床应用

Hysteroscopy combined with laparoscopy applicated during the surgery in the department of obstetrics and gynecology

目的:探讨腹腔镜联合宫腔镜在妇产科手术中的临床应用。方法:收治妇产科疾病患者45例,采用腹腔镜联合宫腔镜的方式对患者实施手术治疗。结果:患者手术后2~3 d内身体基本恢复正常。均未发现有术后并发症。结论:在妇产科手术当中采用腹腔镜联合宫腔镜的方式具有十分显著的效果。

Objective:To investigate the clinical application of laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in gynecologic operation. Methods:45 patients admitted in the department of gynecology and obstetrics were selected,using laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy in the surgery.Results:Patients can recovered to be normal after 2~3 days of the operation.None of the complications were found.Conclusion:Laparoscopy combined with hysteroscopy used in the operation in the department of obstetrics and gynecology has a very significant effect.
