帕金森病患者睡眠障碍多导睡眠图临床分析 被引量:4

摘要 目的:探讨帕金森病患者睡眠障碍多导睡眠图的临床表现和临床特点。方法:收治帕金森病患者40例,同时收集同期健康体检的各项指标均正常的健康人40例作为对照组进行比较。对所有患者的睡眠质量进行调查,并使用多导睡眠分析系统评价睡眠情况。结果:帕金森病组和对照组睡眠效率和总觉醒时间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),在HAMD评分和左卡尼汀用量方面比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:帕金森病患者睡眠效率明显低于正常人,总觉醒时间明显高于正常人,伴有不宁腿综合征患者HAMD评分较高,且左卡尼汀用量明显高于无不宁腿综合征患者。 Objective:To explore the clinical manifestations and clinical characteristics of polysomnography of sleep disorders in patients with Parkinson's disease.Methods:40 patients with Parkinson's disease were selected,and we collected 40 healthy people who took health examination with the indicators were normal at the same time as the control group for comparison.The sleep quality of all patients were investigated and all of them underwent polysomnography analysis.Results:The sleep efficiency and total wake time of the Parkinson's disease group compared with the control group were statistically significant(P<0.05).There were statistically significant differences in HAMD score and dosage of L-carnitine(P<0.05).Conclusion:The efficiency of sleep in patients with Par-kinson's disease was significantly lower than that of normal people.The total wake time was significantly higher than normal people. The HAMD scores and the dosage of L-carnitine of patients with restless legs were higher than patients without restless legs.
