分析临床治疗过程中误诊的动脉粥样硬化性血管狭窄2例,探讨与其他疾病的鉴别诊断方法。临床工作中应重视对老年患者大血管的触诊、听诊等物理检查,以提高早期诊断率,及时治疗,避免漏诊、误诊的发生。

To analyze 2 cases of atherosclerotic vascular stenosis misdiagnosis in the clinical treatment,in order to investigate the differential diagnosis with other diseases.In clinical treatment,we should pay attention to physical examination on the great vessels of elderly patients,such as auscultation and palpation,to improve the rate of early diagnosis,timely treatment,and also to avoid misdiagnosis and misdiagnosis.
