药师干预对社区糖尿病患者用药依从性影响的研究

Study on the effect of pharmacist intervention on the medication compliance in patients with diabetes in community

目的:探讨药师干预对社区糖尿病患者用药依从性的影响。方法:收治糖尿病患者428例,随机分成观察组及对照组,对照组给予日常慢病管理记录及跟踪随访,观察组则由药师行专业的药学指导,比较两组的效果。结果:在观察组,用药依从性明显高于对照组,血糖控制不良明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:社区临床药师干预能提高糖尿病患者用药依从性,改善血糖控制情况。

Objective:To explore the effect of pharmacist intervention on the medication compliance in patients with diabetes in community.Methods:428 cases of diabetic patients were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given daily record of chronic disease management and follow-up,and the observation group were given pharmacy professional guidance by pharmacists,then we compared the effect of two groups.Results:In the observation group,medication adherence was significantly higher than the control group,and poor glycemic control was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Clinical pharmacist intervention can improve medication compliance in patients with diabetes,and improve glycemic control.
