同步放化疗与单纯放疗治疗局部晚期食管癌的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of concurrent radiochemotherapy and radiotherapy alone in the treatment of local advanced esophageal cancer

目的:探讨同步放化疗与单纯放疗治疗局部晚期食管癌的疗效。方法:将88例局部晚期食管癌患者分为两组,观察组为三维适行放射治疗+紫杉醇同步化疗组,对照组为单纯三维适行放射治疗组。结果:观察组近期疗效、2年生存率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:同步放化疗治疗局部晚期食管癌近期疗效、远期疗效明显优于单纯放疗。不良反应发生率无明显差异,可以耐受。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of concurrent radiochemotherapy and radiotherapy alone in the treatment of local advanced esophageal cancer.Methods:88 patients with local advanced esophageal cancer were divided into two groups.The observation group were three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel concurrent chemotherapy group.The control group were the three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy alone group.Results:The recent curative effect and 2 years survival rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The recent curative effect and long-term effect of concurrent radiochemotherapy in the treatment of local advanced esophageal cancer are significant better than those of radiotherapy alone.The incidence rates of adverse reactions have not significantly different,and it can be tolerated.
