宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗36例围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效观察 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血的疗效。方法:收治围绝经期功能失调性子宫出血患者72例,随机分为试验组和对照组。两组患者均给予宫腔镜子宫内膜电切术,试验组在此基础上给予口服米非司酮连用3个月。分别对两组手术情况、疗效和贫血状况进行评定。结果:试验组治疗有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组治疗后贫血症状较对照组明显改善(P<0.05)。结论:针对围绝经期子宫出血患者,宫腔镜电切术联合米非司酮治疗具有显著疗效,对激素水平影响较小,可改善患者贫血。 Objective:To explore the curative effect of hysteroscope electrocision combined with mifepristone in the treatment of peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods:72 patients with peri-menopausal dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.The patients in two groups were given hysteroscope endometrial electrocision.The experimental group was given oral mifepristone for 3 months on this basis.The operation situations,curative effects and anemia conditions of two groups were respectively evaluated.Results:The treatment effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The anemia symptoms after treatment in the experimental group was significantly improved than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For patients with peri-menopausal uterine bleeding,the hysteroscope electrocision combined with mifepristone treatment has a significant curative effect.It has small effect on the hormone level.It can improve the anemia of patients.
