大黄联合硫酸镁在重症急性胰腺炎中降低腹腔压力的应用

Application of rhubarb combined with magnesium sulfate in reducing the abdominal pressure of severe acute pancreatitis

目的:观察大黄联合硫酸镁在重症急性胰腺炎中对腹腔压力的影响。方法:将36例重症急性胰腺炎患者随机分为大黄联合硫酸镁治疗组和对照组。同时记录患者初始腹腔压力水平、动态腹腔压力水平、首次排便时间及腹痛腹胀情况。结果:大黄联合硫酸镁治疗组平均排便时间早,腹腔压力降低明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:大黄联合硫酸镁治疗重症急性胰腺炎可以有效降低腹腔压力,减轻炎性应激反应,可有效降低并发症的发生率。

Objective:To observe the effect of rhubarb combined with magnesium sulfate on the abdominal pressure of severe acute pancreatitis.Methods:36 patients with severe acute pancreatitis were randomly divided into the rhubarb combined with magnesium sulfate treatment group and the control group.At the same time,the initial abdominal pressure level,the dynamic abdominal pressure level,the first defecation time and abdominal pain abdominal distension of patients were recorded.Results:In the rhubarb combined with magnesium sulfate treatment group,the average defecation time was early,the abdominal pressure was significantly decreased,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Rhubarb combined with magnesium sulfate in the treatment of severe acute pancreatitis can effectively reduce the abdominal pressure,and reduce the inflammatory stress reaction.It can effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications.
