基于中医活血化瘀法辨证施治脑血栓的疗效观察

Observation of the curative effect of Chinese medicine Huo Xue Hua Yu syndrome differentiation and treatment for cerebral thrombosis

目的:探讨中医活血化瘀疗法对于脑血栓病症的辨证施治效果。方法:收治脑血栓患者40例,随机分为观察组与参照组,参照组行常规治疗,观察组行活血化瘀疗法并进行辨证治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率95.0%明显优于参照组的70.0%(P<0.05)。结论:中医活血化瘀疗法通过辨证施治,可以有效地治疗脑血栓,患者恢复更好。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of Chinese medicine Huo Xue Hua Yu syndrome differentiation and treatment for cerebral thrombosis.Methods:40 patients with cerebral thrombosis were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The control group were given conventional treatment,and the observation group were given Huo Xue Hua Yu syndrome differentiation and treatment,then we compared the treatment effect of the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of 95% in the observation group was significantly better than 70% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine Huo Xue Hua Yu syndrome differentiation and treatment was effective in the treatment of patients with cerebral thrombosis,and the recovery was better.
