摘要 目的:探讨早产儿甲状腺功能检测的临床意义。方法:收治早产儿114例,分为两组:A组45例,胎龄<34周龄;B组69例,胎龄≥34周。选择同期普通肺炎足月儿60例作为对照组。对3组新生儿的各项甲状腺功能指标进行检测。结果:早产儿组TT3、FT3、FT4均低于对照组(P<0.05),早产儿组TSH高于对照组(P<0.05)。A组TT3、TT4均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:早产儿易发生暂时性甲状腺功能低下,且与胎龄密切相关。早期测定早产儿的甲状腺功能,对促进早产儿的健康成长和提高生命质量具有重要的意义。 Objective:To explore the clinical significance of thyroid function detection of premature infants.Methods:114 cases of premature infants were selected.They were divided into two groups:A group with 45 cases,the gestational age was less than 34weeks;B group with 69 cases,the gestational age was over or equal to 34 weeks.At the same time,60 cases of term infants with common pneumonia were selected as the control group.The thyroid function indexes of newborns in 3 groups were detected.Results:TT3,FT3,FT4 of the premature infants group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).TSH of the premature infants group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).TT3,TT4 of A group were lower than those of B group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Premature infant is easy to occur transient hypothyroidism,and it is closely related to gestational age.Early detection of thyroid function in premature infants has a great significance for promoting the healthy development of premature infants and improving the quality of life.
