摘要
目的:探讨急性非结石性胆囊炎腹腔镜胆囊切除术的护理体会。方法:收治急性非结石性胆囊炎患者52例,给予腹腔镜胆囊切除术,给予术前、术中和术后护理。结果:52例患者均手术成功。术后并发症1例,切口出血1例。结论:护理在患者的早期康复中起到重要的作用。护理可以防止感染,降低并发症,促进机体康复。
Objective:To explore the nursing experience of laparoscopic cholecystectomy for acute non cholecystitis cholecystitis.Methods:52 patients with acute non cholecystitis cholecystitis were selected.They were given laparoscopic cholecystectomy,and given preoperative,intraoperative and postoperative nursing.Results:52 patients had successful operation.1 case had postoperative complication.1 case was incision bleeding.Conclusion:Nursing plays an important role in the early recovery of patients.Nursing can prevent infection,reduce the complications and promote the body rehabilitation.
