AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机的疗效观察及护理

Curative effect observation and nursing of the application of noninvasive ventilator in AECOPD combined withⅡ type respiratory failure

目的:探讨AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭应用无创呼吸机的护理效果。方法:收治AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭患者35例,给予无创呼吸机治疗,对患者进行整体护理,观察治疗效果,总结护理经验。结果:3例患者因病情严重转ICU治疗,2例患者家属放弃治疗,30例患者好转出院,好转的患者心率、呼吸频率、血气指标都有明显的改善,比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:良好的护理是无创呼吸机成功治疗AECOPD合并Ⅱ型呼吸衰竭的关键,能迅速纠正呼吸衰竭患者的缺氧和二氧化碳潴留,提高其生活质量。

Objective:To explore the nursing effect of the application of noninvasive ventilator in AECOPD combined with Ⅱ type respiratory failure.Methods:35 patients with AECOPD combined with Ⅱ type respiratory failure were selected.They were given noninvasive ventilator treatment.The patients were given holistic nursing.The treatment effect was observed.The nursing experience was summarized.Results:3 patients were transferred to ICU for treatment because of serious illness.2 cases of patients' family members abandoned treatment.30 patients were improved and discharged.The heart rates,respiratory rates and blood gas indexes of the improved patients were significantly improved,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Good nursing is the key to the success of noninvasive ventilator in the treatment of AECOPD combined with Ⅱ type respiratory failure.It can quickly correct the hypoxia and carbon dioxide retention of respiratory failure patients,and improve their life quality.
