摘要
目的:分析孕产妇由于不均衡的膳食结构而引起的母儿高危因素。方法:对16 715例孕产妇的围产结局进行分析。结果:妊娠期高血压疾病发病率14.6%,妊娠期糖尿病2.6%,妊娠期贫血4.1%,新生儿窒息3.4%,出生缺陷0.5%,婴儿贫血2.9%。结论:孕期不合理的膳食结构是孕期母儿发病的重要原因之一。医务人员必须重视孕期营养的指导作用,避免体重过度增加,合理补充各类营养素,争取获得良好的妊娠结局。
Objective:To analyze the maternal and child risk factors caused by unbalanced dietary pattern of pregnant women.Methods:The perinatal outcomes of 16 715 cases of pregnant women were analyzed.Results:The incidence rate of gestational hypertension was 14.6%;the gestational diabetes was 2.6%;the gestational anemia was 4.1%;the newborn asphyxia was 3.4%;the birth defects was 0.5%;the infant anemia was 2.9%.Conclusion:The unreasonable dietary pattern during pregnancy is one of the important reasons for the onset of mother and child in pregnancy.Medical personnel must pay attention to the guiding function of the nutrition during pregnancy,avoid excessive weight gain,reasonable supplement all kinds of nutrients to get a good pregnancy outcome.
