硝普钠与多巴胺联合静滴用药治疗难治性心衰82例疗效分析

Analysis of the curative effect of intravenous medication combined sodium nitroprusside with dopamine in the treatment of 82 cases with refractory heart failure

目的:探讨硝普钠与多巴胺联合静滴用药治疗难治性心衰的临床疗效。方法:收治难治性心衰患者82例,所有患者均在常规治疗的基础上给予硝普钠30 mg、多巴胺20 mg,加入5%葡萄糖溶液47 m L微量泵泵入,连续应用7 d。结果:治疗前后患者左室射血分数、心功能NYHA分级、生活质量评分、6 min步行距离、舒张压、收缩压、平均心率、平均动脉压差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:硝普钠与多巴胺联合静滴用药治疗难治性心衰疗效显著。

Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of intravenous medication combined sodium nitroprusside with dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure.Methods:82 patients with refractory heart failure were selected.All patients were given conventional therapy.On this basis,they also received sodium nitroprusside(30 mg),dopamine 20 mg,added 47 ml glucose of 5%into trace pump,and sustained application for 7 days.Results:The differences in left ventricular ejection fraction,cardiac function NYHA grading,Quality of life score,and 6 min walking distance were statistically significant before and after treatment,in addations,the diastolic blood pressure,systolic pressure,average heart rate and mean arterial pressure also has statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Intravenous medication combined sodium nitroprusside with dopamine in the treatment of refractory heart failure has remarkable effect.
