布地奈德气雾剂辅助治疗慢阻肺急性加重期78例疗效观察

Observation of curative effect of budesonide aerosol adjuvant treatment for acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in 78 cases

目的:探讨糖皮质激素配合沙丁胺醇治疗急性加重期慢性阻塞性肺疾病(慢阻肺)的临床效果。方法:收治慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者150例,随机分为试验组与对照组,所有患者均给予常规治疗和沙丁胺醇,试验组在此基础上给予布地奈德气雾剂,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组治疗总有效率92.3%显著高于对照组的72.2%(P<0.05)。结论:糖皮质激素配合沙丁胺醇治疗急性加重期慢阻肺的临床效果显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of glucocorticoid combined with salbutamol for treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:150 patients with acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group.All patients were given conventional treatment and salbutamol.The experimental group was given budesonide aerosol on the basis of these treatment.We compared the therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency of treatment of 92.3%was significantly higher than 72.2% of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of glucocorticoid combined with salbutamol for treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease was significant.
