布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生婴儿黄疸疗效观察

Observation on the curative effect of saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of neonatal jaundice

目的:回顾性分析布拉氏酵母菌治疗新生婴儿黄疸的疗效。方法:将70例新生婴儿黄疸患者随机分成观察组(口服布拉氏酵母菌)和对照组(口服茵栀黄口服液),治疗1周后观察两组黄疸治疗效果。结果:观察组在退黄效果、对婴儿食乳、腹泻影响及皮疹等方面均优于对照组。结论:布拉氏酵母菌用于治疗新生婴儿黄疸疗效显著,无明显不良反应,且简便快捷。

Objective:To analyze the effect of saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of newborn infant jaundice retrospectively.Methods: 70 newborn infant with jaundice were randomly divided into the observation group(oral bulashi yeast) and the control group(oral Yin Zhi Huang oral liquid),treated for 1 week,then we observed the treatment effect on jaundice in two groups.Results:The subside of jaundice,the impact on baby food milk and diarrhea,rash,etc in the observation group were better than in the control group.Conclusion:Saccharomyces boulardii in the treatment of neonatal jaundice boulardii has obvious curative effect,without obviously adverse reaction,and also simple and quick.
