EB病毒感染住院患儿60例临床分析

Clinical analysis of 60 hospitalized children with EB virus infection

目的:探讨EB病毒感染患儿的临床特点。方法:收治EB病毒感染患儿60例,回顾性分析其临床资料。结果:54例患儿有传染性单核细胞增多症,临床症状及体征多种多样,其中以发热、咽峡炎及淋巴结肿大、血沉增快等所占比例最多。EB病毒所导致的疾病种类较多,其中以传染性单核细胞增多症和上呼吸道感染所占比例最多。结论:EB病毒感染的患儿临床症状和体征繁多,能够引起多种疾病,危害住院患儿的身体健康,早期诊断、快速处理具有重要的临床意义。

Objective:To explore the clinical features of children with EB virus infection.Methods:60 children with EB virus infection were selected.The clinical data were retrospectively analyzed.Results:54 patients had infectious mononucleosis,and the clinical symptoms and signs were varied.Among them,the proportion of fever,angina,lymphadenopathy,faster ESR were the largest.The types of diseases caused by EB virus infection were more,among them,the proportion of infectious mononucleosis and upper respiratory tract infection were the largest.Conclusion:For children with EB virus infection,clinical symptoms and signs were numerous.It can cause a variety of diseases,and it will cause serious harm to children's health.Early diagnosis and rapid processing had important clinical significance.
