化痰祛瘀汤对脑梗死患者神经功能的影响

Hua Tan Qu Yu decoction impact on nerve function in patients with cerebral infarction

目的:探讨化痰祛瘀汤提高脑梗死患者神经功能的应用价值。方法:收治脑梗死患者70例,随机分为观察组和对照组各35例,对照组采用常规西药治疗,观察组在对照组基础上采用化痰祛瘀汤治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗3个月后,观察组硕动脉内-中膜厚度小于对照组,生活能力评分和神经功能评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:化痰祛瘀汤能够显著改善脑梗死患者的神经功能,提高生活能力。

Objective:To explore the application value of Hua Tan Qu Yu decoction on neurological function improvement in patients with cerebral infarction.Methods:70 patients with cerebral infarction wereselcted.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 35 cases in each.Patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine treatment,while in the observation group were given Hua Tan Qu Yu decoction based on the treatment taken in the control group.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 3months of treatment,the IMT of the observation group was less than that of the control group,and both the scores of life ability and neurological function in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Hua Tan Qu Yu decoction can significantly improve neurological function in patients with cerebral infarction,and it also can improve their living capacity.
