摘要
目的:探讨婚检人员丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)结果升高的各种情况。方法:选取自愿进行婚检人员4 810例,对其中ALT升高人员进行分析。结果:婚检中男性ALT结果升高存在非病理和病理因素,以非病理性因素为主。结论:婚检ALT升高相关因素众多,强调戒除不良嗜好,改变不良生活方式,清淡饮食、规律作息、适度运动,有利于提高全民健康水平,提高我国人口素质。
Objective:To study the various factors on the rise of ALT in premarital examination personnel.Methods:4 810 voluntary premarital examination personnel were selected,and personnel whom ALT increased was analyzed.Results:The elevate of ALT in premarital men caused by non pathological or pathological factors,and the main factor is non pathological.Conclusion:There are many factors can lead to increase of premarital ALT.Emphasizing give up bad habits,changes the way of life,with light diet and rules rest,moderate exercise can improve the health level of people,and improve the quality of the population in our country.
