综合护理干预对冠心病患者治疗依从性及临床疗效的影响

Effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease

目的:探讨综合护理干预在影响冠心病患者治疗依从性及临床疗效方面的应用价值。方法:参照随机双盲法将80例冠心病患者分为对照、观察两组,各40例,分别接受常规护理与综合护理干预。结果:观察组在治疗依从性及临床疗效上均明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对冠心病患者施以综合护理干预可明显提高患者治疗依从性与临床疗效,并提升患者护理服务满意度,减少患者住院时间与费用。

Objective:To investigate the application value of comprehensive nursing intervention on the treatment compliance and clinical effect of patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:80 patients with coronary heart disease were divided into the control and the observation group with 40 cased in each according to the double blind method.They were given the conventional nursing and comprehensive nursing intervention respectively.Results:The treatment compliance and clinical efficacy of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The comprehensive nursing intervention for patients with coronary heart disease can obviously improve the treatment compliance and clinical effect,improve the satisfaction of patients with nursing service, and reduce the hospitalization time and cost.
