医护一体化疼痛管理模式的实践及效果

The practice and effect of the medical and nursing integrative pain management mode

目的:探讨医护一体化疼痛管理模式的实施效果。方法:比较实施医护一体化的疼痛管理模式前后1年疼痛护理质量、住院患者满意度以及医护人员对医护一体化疼痛管理模式的赞同度。结果:疼痛首班评估率、动态评估率和疼痛干预率均>90%;住院患者综合满意度和对护士病情观察、健康教育、服务态度的满意度均>96%。实施前后比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:医护一体化疼痛管理模式能够提高疼痛管理质量,改善患者体验,提高护理人员职业成就感。

Objective:To investigate the practice and effect of the medical and nursing integrative pain management mode.Methods:We compared the pain nursing quality,inpatient satisfaction and the approval degree of the medical staff for the medical and nursing integrated pain management mode between before and after 1 year of the implementation of the medical and nursing integrative pain management mode.Results:The first rate of pain assessment,the dynamic assessment rate and pain intervention rate reached more than 90%;the satisfaction degree of the inpatients and the satisfaction degree of the nurses observed the disease,health education and service attitude were more than 96%.The differences between before and after the implementation were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:The medical and nursing integrated pain management mode can improve the quality of the pain management,improve the patient experience,and improve the professional achievement of nursing staff.
