个案学习法在疗养院护士病种学习中的应用

Application of case study method in a nursing home nurse disease study

目的:探讨个案学习法在护士学习病种中的应用效果。方法:将工作<10年的护士随机分成试验组和对照组。试验组采用个案学习法,对照组采用普通学习法。通过疗养人员对护士的满意度调查,比较两组护士的满意程度,并分析护士对个案护理学习的评价。结果:试验组护士满意率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个案学习法使护士在病种的学习中不仅提高了综合能力,而且增加了护士学习的主动性和积极性。

Objective:To discuss the application effect of case study method in a nursing home nurse disease study.Methods:Nurses have worked under 10 years were randomly divided into the experimental and the control groups.The experimental group with case study method.The control group with general learning.Through the investigation of nursing staff to nurses' satisfaction,we compared the satisfaction between the two groups of nurses,and analyzed the evaluation of nurses on nursing case study.Results:The nurse satisfaction rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The case study method not only improve the comprehensive ability of nurses in medical study,but also increase the nurses' initiative and enthusiasm in learning.
