临床药师对临床不合理用药的药学干预观察

Pharmaceutical intervention observation of clinical pharmacists on clinical irrational drug use

目的:探讨药师在临床不合理用药中的干预效果。方法:比较药师干预前后临床不合理用药情况。结果:干预前后临床用药不合理情况比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预前不良反应发生率5%,干预后不良反应发生率1.2%。医师对及时干预的接受率为76.6%,医师对延迟干预的接受率为94.2%,两种方式比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:药师干预能够降低临床不合理用药发生率,从而保证患者用药安全。

Objective:To explore the intervention effect of pharmacists on clinical irrational drug use.Methods:The clinical irrational drug use before and after the clinical pharmaceutical intervention were compared.Results:There was statistically significant difference of clinical irrational drug use before and after intervention(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions before intervention was 5%;the incidence of adverse reactions after intervention was 1.2%.The acception rate of physicians for timely intervention was 76.6%;that of physicians for delayed intervention was 94.2%;there was statistically significant difference between the two ways(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pharmaceutical intervention could reduce the incidence of clinical irrational drug use to ensure the safety drug use of the patients.
