高血压合并冠心病联合应用氨氯地平和阿托伐他汀钙片治疗的疗效分析

Curative effect analysis of amlodipine combined atorvastatin calcium tablets treating hypertension with coronary heart disease

目的:分析对社区高血压并冠心病患者予以氨氯地平与阿托伐他汀联合治疗的疗效。方法:将高血压合并冠心病患者124例根据不同治疗方案分为两组。对照组给予氨氯地平,研究组给予氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀治疗,比较两组治疗前后血压、血脂各指标及不良反应。结果:两组治疗后血压、血脂水平均显著改善,研究组改善更明显(P<0.05)。两组均未出现严重不良反应。结论:氨氯地平联合阿托伐他汀钙片治疗高血压合并冠心病可有效改善其血压与血脂水平,且安全性较高。

Objective:To analyze the curative effect of amlodipine combined atorvastatin calcium tablets treating patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease in community.Methods:According to different treatment,124 cases of patients with hypertension with coronary heart disease were divided into two groups.The control group were given amlodipine.The research group were given amlodipine combined atorvastatin.The blood pressure,blood lipids index and adverse reactions of the two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results:The blood pressure,blood lipid levels of the two groups after treatment were significantly improved,which of the research group were improved more obvious(P<0.05).No serious adverse reaction occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Amlodipine combined atorvastatin calcium tablets treating hypertension with coronary heart disease could improve the blood pressure and blood lipid levels effectively and had high safety.
