对直肠癌老年患者行开腹直肠癌根治术与腹腔镜直肠癌手术治疗的效果对比研究

The effect of treatment contrast research of colorectal cancer in elderly patients with open colorectal cancer resection and laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery

目的:探讨开腹直肠癌根治术与腹腔镜直肠癌手术治疗直肠癌老年患者的临床疗效。方法:收治直肠癌老年患者64例,分为两组,各32例。对照组采用开腹直肠癌根治术,观察组采用腹腔镜直肠癌手术。比较两组手术时间、保肛率、术中出血量等指标。结果:观察组术后通气时间、手中出血量明显少于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:腹腔镜直肠癌手术并发症发生率较低,安全性较高。

Objective:To discuss the effect of treatment contrast research of colorectal cancer in elderly patients with open colorectal cancer resection and laparoscopic colorectal cancer surgery.Methods:64 patients with colorectal cancer in elderly were selected.They were divided into two groups,each of 32 cases.The control group were treated with open radical resection for rectal cancer, and the observation group were treated with laparoscopic rectal cancer operation.The operation time,the anus preserving rate,the bleeding amount in the two groups were compared.Results:The ventilation time and the bleeding volume in the observation group were significantly less than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Laparoscopic surgery complication rate is low,and security is high.
