上消化道出血340例病因和临床特点分析

Analysis of the cause and clinical characteristics of 340 cases with upper digestive tract bleeding

目的:分析上消化道出血患者的病因和临床特点。方法:收治上消化道出血患者340例,统计各项病因的构成比并分析其临床特点。结果:3组患者中,老年组患者所占比例最大(64.4%);各种病因中消化性溃疡所占比例最高(53.5%),其中青年组和中年组均以十二指肠溃疡为主,而老年组为胃溃疡为主;老年组的胃肿瘤患者明显多于青年组和中年组。结论:上消化道出血中以老年患者居多,消化性溃疡是上消化道出血的主要病因,且溃疡程度均较重,应积极寻找出血病因,降低出血风险。

Objective:To analyze the cause and clinical characteristics of patients with upper digestive tract bleeding.Methods:340 patients with upper digestive tract bleeding were selected.We counted the constituent ratio of the various causes and analyzed its clinical characteristics.Results:In the 3 groups,the elderly patients accounted for the largest proportion(64.4%),the highest proportion of peptic ulcer in various causes(53.5%).Among the young and middle-aged groups were mainly with duodenal ulcer,and gastric ulcer mainly happened in the elderly group.The gastric cancer patients in the elderly group were significantly more than in the young and middle-aged groups.Conclusion:Upper digestive tract bleeding mainly happened in elderly patients,peptic ulcer is the main cause of upper gastrointestinal bleeding,and the degree of ulcer was heavy.We should actively seek the cause of bleeding,to reduce the bleeding risk.
