老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者糖代谢异常分析及推广应用总结报告

Promote the use of summary reports of analysis of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease in patients with sugar generation abnormality

目的:使医务工作者了解老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者糖代谢异常的发生率,能早期发现COPD糖代谢异常,减少并发2型糖尿病的概率。方法:干预COPD患者的糖代谢异常,第1阶段在包头市固阳县医院推广,然后到沼潭杜区服务中心推广;第2阶段在全市范围普遍推广。结果:关注老年COPD患者的糖代谢,可减少2型糖尿病的发生,提高COPD患者治愈率。结论:了解COPD患者的新特点,干预COPD患者的糖代谢异常,注意应用中的问题和下一步打算,可供卫生行业医学研究和成果应用单位参考。

Objective:To make medical workers understand the incidence of abnormal glucose metabolism in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,early detection of abnormal COPD glucose metabolism,reducing the probability of concurrent type 2 diabetes.Methods:Stage 1:In Guyang Hospital of Baotou city promotion,then to Zhan Tandu district service center promotion.Stage 2:popularized in the city.Results:Following elderly COPD patients glucose metabolism can reduce the incidence of type 2 diabetes,improve the cure rate in patients with COPD.Conclusion:To promote the new features of COPD patients,the attention problems and the next plan,which can be used for medical research and application in health industry.
