腹腔镜阑尾切除术143例治疗体会

Treatment experience of 143 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy

目的:探讨腹腔镜下阑尾切除术的治疗体会。方法:收治阑尾腹腔镜切除术患者143例,分析手术时间、术后胃肠道恢复时间、总住院时间、并发症等。结果:患者均无严重并发症,手术时间、胃肠道功能恢复时间、住院时间均明显缩短。结论:腹腔镜阑尾切除术治疗急慢性阑尾炎具有出血少、创伤小、恢复快、并发症少等优点。

Objective:To explore the treatment experience of 143 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy.Methods:143 patients with laparoscopic appendectomy treatment were selected.We analyzed the operative time,postoperative gastrointestinal recovery time,the total hospitalization time and complications.Results:There were no serious complications.The operative time,the recovery time of gastrointestinal function,and hospitalization time were significantly shortened.Conclusion:Laparoscopic appendectomy for patients with acute and chronic appendicitis has the advantages of less bleeding,less trauma,quicker recovery and less complications.
