贫血与红细胞分布宽度对慢性心力衰竭患者院内死亡的临床预测价值分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的:观察和分析贫血与红细胞分布宽度对慢性心力衰竭患者院内死亡的临床预测价值。方法:收治慢性心力衰竭患者95例作为观察组,并按照心力衰竭的不同程度分成3组,另选取健康人60例作为对照组,均进行常规的红细胞检查,研究红细胞与心力衰竭的联系。结果:第3组患者的红细胞分布宽度大于第2组,第2组大于第1组且均大于对照组。研究慢性心力衰竭患者的死亡病例数与贫血、红细胞分布宽度的关系发现,第3组患者死亡率高于第2组,第2组高于第1组,3组与对照组之间进行比较,死亡率差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:贫血、红细胞分布宽度与慢性心力衰竭的发病有一定的相关性,能够有效地预测患者死亡风险。 Objective:To observe and analyze the clinical predictive value of anemia and red blood cell distribution in the death of patients with chronic heart failure.Methods:95 patients with chronic heart failure were selected as the observation group,and they were divided into 3 groups according to the different degree of heart failure.60 cases of healthy person were selected as the control group.All patients underwent regular red cell examination,and we studied the relationship between erythrocyte and heart failure.Results:The distribution of red blood cells in the third group was higher than that in the second group;the second groups was higher than the first groups;they were all higher than the control group.By study the relationship between the number of death cases in patients with chronic heart failure and the distribution width of red blood cells,we found that the mortality of the third group was higher than the second group;the second group was higher than the first group;the mortality difference between the 3groups and the control group was significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The distribution width of anemia and red blood cells was correlated with the incidence of chronic heart failure,and it could effectively predict the risk of death.
