HBsAg阴性,HBsAb、HBeAg、HBcAb阳性乙型肝炎患者血清学分析

Analysis of HBs Ag negative,HBsAb,HBeAg,HBcAb positive in hepatitis B patients serum

目的:分析HBs Ag阴性,HBs Ab、HBe Ag、HBc Ab阳性的乙型肝炎患者,HBV-DNA定量测定是否阳性。方法:化学发光法检测乙肝两对半,实时荧光定量PCR法做HBV-DNA定量检测。结果:4例HBs Ag阴性患者,HBs Ab、HBe Ag、HBc Ab阳性,乙肝HBV-DNA定量为阳性。结论:出现HBs Ag阴性,HBs Ab、HBe Ag、HBc Ab阳性时,一定要建议患者同时做HBV-DNA定量测定,以免造成漏诊和误诊。

Objective:To analyze HBs Ag negative,HBs Ab,HBe Ag,HBc Ab positive hepatitis B patients,HBV-DNA quantitative determination of positive.Methods:Chemiluminescence detection of hepatitis B two pairs of semi,real-time quantitative PCR HBV-DNA quantification.Results: 4 cases of HBs Ag-negative patients,HBs Ab,HBe Ag,HBc Ab positive,hepatitis B positive for HBV-DNA quantification.Conclusion:HBs Ag negative,HBs Ab,HBe Ag,HBc Ab positive this mode,we must recommend patients at the same time for HBV-DNA quantitative determination,lest cause leakage and misdiagnosis.
