小儿危重病护理评分法对于小儿护理的干预指导分析

Analysis of pediatric critical care score method for the nursing intervention guidance of children

目的:分析小儿危重病护理评分法对小儿护理干预的指导价值,评价救护质量。方法:回顾性分析收治的152例患儿死亡危险(PRISM)评分分布,以PRISM指导分流转运、协调护患关系、特殊人群救护指导、动态评估患儿病情等护理工作,对比实际死亡率与预测死亡率。结果:各风险等级下患儿预测死亡率与实际死亡率基本相符;未发生一例医患纠纷,通报小儿死亡风险后家属依从性良好。结论:小儿危重病护理评分法是重症监护的基础,可指导小儿护理分诊分流、转出与转入流程,评价病情变化、救治效果,预测死亡风险,满足患儿家属知情权,避免医患纠纷。

Objective:To analyze the value of nursing intervention guidance of children with pediatric critical care score method and evaluate the quality of ambulance.Methods:The(pediatric risk of mortality, PRISM)score distribution of 152 cases were retrospectively analyzed.Using PRISM to guide diversion,coordinating nurse-patient relationship,rescue guidance for special populations,dynamic assessment of children with the disease and other care work,we compared actual mortality and forecast mortality.Results:The mortality rate of the children was basically consistent with the actual mortality rate at each risk level.None case of medical dispute occurred,families of children with good compliance after inform the risk of death.Conclusion:The pediatric critical care score is the basis of the intensive care unit.It can guide pediatric care triage,the process of turn out and turn in,evaluate the changes of the disease,treatment effect,predict death risk,meet the families of children with the right to know to avoid medical disputes.
