舒适护理在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用

Application exploration of comfortable nursing in senile patients with chronic bronchitis

目的:探讨舒适护理在老年慢性支气管炎患者中的应用效果。方法:收治老年慢性支气管炎患者98例,随机分为两组。对照组采用常规护理,观察组实施常规护理与舒适护理,比较两组的护理满意度。结果:观察组护理满意度97.96%,高于对照组的79.59%(P<0.05)。观察组焦虑得分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:舒适护理提高了老年慢性支气管炎患者的护理满意度与治疗效果,提高了患者配合治疗的主动性与积极性。

Objective:To explore the application of comfortable nursing in senile patients with chronic bronchitis.Methods:98cases of senile patients with chronic bronchitis were randomly divided into two groups.The control group accepted conventional nursing.The observation group accepted conventional nursing and comfortable nursing.The nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 97.96%,which was higher than that of the control group 79.59%(P<0.05).The anxiety score of the observation group was obviously lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comfortable nursing improved the nursing satisfaction and treatment effect of the senile patients with chronic bronchitis and improved the initiative and enthusiasm of patients cooperating with the treatment.
