兰索拉唑联合卡络磺钠对上消化道出血的疗效分析

Analysis on the curative effect of lansoprazole combined with carbazochrome sodium sulfonate on upper gastrointestinal bleeding

目的:探讨兰索拉唑联合卡络磺钠对上消化道出血的治疗效果。方法:收治上消化道出血患者78例,随机分为观察组和对照组各39例,对照组应用兰索拉唑治疗,观察组在此基础上联合应用卡络磺钠治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率明显优于对照组,患者满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:兰索拉唑联合卡络磺钠对上消化道出血的疗效显著。

Objective:To explore the curative effect of lansoprazole combined with carbazochrome sodium sulfonate on upper gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods:78 patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 39 cases in each.The control group were treated with lansoprazole,and the observation group were given carbazochrome sodium sulfonate on the basis the control group,then we compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:In the observation group,the total effective rate was significantly better than the control group,and the patient satisfaction was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of lansoprazole combined with carbazochrome sodium sulfonate on upper gastrointestinal bleeding was significant.
