脑血管介入检查及治疗后拔鞘压迫止血致迷走神经反射的研究

The study of vagal reflex caused by sheath compression hemostasis after cerebrovascular intervention and treatment

目的:探讨脑血管介入检查及治疗后拔鞘压迫止血致迷走神经反射的原因和预防处理方法。方法:收治脑血管介入检查和治疗患者44例,所有患者均在术后拔鞘压迫止血时发生迷走神经反射,分析患者的临床资料、处理方法及效果。结果:所有患者经补液、静注阿托品等处理后病情均显著改善。结论:脑血管介入检查及治疗后拔鞘压迫止血致迷走神经反射的原因较多,从预防着手,以治疗为辅,及时处理,有利于改善患者的预后。

Objective:To explore the causes and prevention of vagal reflex caused by sheath compression hemostasis after cerebrovascular intervention and treatment.Methods:44 patients with cerebral vascular intervention and treatment were selected.All patients had vagus reflex caused by sheath compression hemostasis after operation.We analyzed clinical data,treatment method and effect.Results:The diseases of all patients after fluid infusion and intravenous injection of atropine were significantly improved.Conclusion:The reasons of vagal reflex caused by sheath compression hemostasis after cerebrovascular intervention and treatment were more,from the start of prevention,with the supplement of treatment,and timely treatment,were conducive to improving the prognosis of patients.
