美托洛尔治疗风湿性心脏病的临床效果分析

Analysis of the clinical effect of metoprolol in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease

目的:探讨美托洛尔在治疗风湿性心脏病中的临床效果。方法:收治风湿性心脏病患者80例,随机平均分为对照组和试验组,对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在此基础上给予美托洛尔治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果:试验组的总有效率92.5%,显著优于对照组的72.5%(P<0.05);治疗后,两组LVEDD、LVESD与LVEF各指标均有所改善(P<0.05),试验组的改善效果更为显著(P<0.05)。结论:采用美托洛尔治疗风湿性心脏病可显著改善患者的心功能,指标改善亦较明显,临床疗效确切。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of metoprolol in treatment of rheumatic heart disease.Methods:80 patients with rheumatic heart disease were selected.They were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group with 40 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment.The experimental group were given metoprolol on the basis the control group.We compared two groups of treatment effect.Results:In the experimental group,the total efficiency of 92.5% was significantly better than 72.5% of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,LVEDD,LVESD and LVEF index were improved(P<0.05),and the improvement effect of the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The metoprolol in the treatment of rheumatic heart disease can significantly improve the patient’s heart function.Improvement of indicators was obvious.Clinical curative effect was exact.
