剖宫产产钳在腹壁横切口瘢痕子宫剖宫产中的应用

Application of forceps in cesarean section of abdominal transverse incision scar uterus

目的:探讨剖宫产产钳在解决腹壁横切口瘢痕子宫再次剖宫产术中胎头娩出困难的临床应用价值。方法:收治腹壁横切口瘢痕子宫妊娠再次行剖宫产术孕妇120例,产钳组60例使用产钳助娩胎头,手娩组60例手取胎头,比较两组效果。结果:两组胎儿娩出时间及新生儿Apgar评分相比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:再次腹壁横切口剖宫产术中及时使用剖宫产产钳能有效地辅助胎儿娩出,同时可减少严重的手术损伤。

Objective:To explore the clinical application value of forceps for solving fetal childbirth difficulty in cesarean section of abdominal transverse incision scar uterus.Methods:120 pregnant women with cesarean section of abdominal transverse incision scar uterus were selected.In forceps group with 60 cases,the forceps were used to help fetal head delivery.In the hands group with60 cases,the hands were used to help the fetal head delivery.We compared the effect of the two groups.Results:Two groups of delivery time and neonatal Apgar score had significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Timely use of forceps in cesarean section of abdominal transverse incision scar uterus can effectively assist the fetus,at the same time,it can reduce the severity injury in operation.
