顺尔宁对支气管哮喘的疗效分析

Analysis of the effect of singulair on bronchial asthma

目的:探讨顺尔宁辅助治疗支气管哮喘的疗效。方法:收治支气管哮喘患者108例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各54例,对照组采用常规基础治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上辅助使用顺尔宁治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率98.15%,明显高于对照组的85.18%(P<0.05)。治疗组复发率4.88%,明显低于对照组的20.27%(P<0.05)。结论:支气管哮喘在常规治疗基础上加顺尔宁辅助治疗,能够有效改善患者哮喘等临床症状,治疗效果比较明显,治疗有效率明显增高。

Objective:To investigate the effect of singulair for adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma.Methods:108 patients with bronchial asthma were selected.They were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group with 54 cases in each.The control group were given conventional treatment.The treatment group were given singulair on the basis of conventional treatment.Results:In the treatment group,the total effective rate of 98.15% was significantly higher than 85.18% in the control group(P<0.05).In the treatment group,the recurrence rate of 4.88% was significantly lower than 20.27% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The bronchial asthma was given singulair treatment on the basis of routine treatment could effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with asthma.The curative effect was obvious.The effective rate was significantly increased.
