必沙可啶与莫沙比利联合治疗老年慢性功能性便秘疗效观察

Curative effect observation of bisacodyl combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly chronic functional constipation

目的:探讨比沙可啶联合莫沙比利治疗老年慢性功能性便秘的临床疗效。方法:对68例老年慢性功能性便秘患者给予比沙可啶联合莫沙比利治疗,观察疗效。结果:总有效率91.17%,治疗期间无不良反应。结论:比沙可啶联合莫沙比利治疗老年慢性功能性便秘具有显著临床效果。

Objective:To explore the clinical curative effect of bisacodyl combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly chronic functional constipation.Methods:68 elderly patients with chronic functional constipation were given bisacodyl combined with mosapride treatment.The curative effect was observed.Results:The total effective rate was 91.17%.There was no adverse reactions during the treatment period.Conclusion:Bisacodyl combined with mosapride in the treatment of elderly chronic functional constipation have a significant clinical effect.
