鼻中隔软骨联合耳软骨雕塑鼻在隆鼻术中的临床效果观察

Clinical effect observation of nasal septum cartilage combined with ear cartilage sculpture nose in augmentation rhinoplasty

目的:分析鼻中隔软骨联合耳软骨在假体隆鼻术中的临床疗效。方法:将126例隆鼻术患者随机分为观察组与对照组。观察组给予鼻中隔软骨联合耳软骨假体隆鼻方法,对照组给予单纯假体隆鼻方法,对比两组的隆鼻效果。结果:观察组术后鼻尖塑形、隆鼻效果明显优于对照组。结论:鼻中隔软骨联合耳软骨在假体隆鼻术中,隆鼻效果好,可行性高,不良反应小。

Objective:To analyze the clinical curative effect of nasal septum cartilage combined with ear cartilage in prosthesis augmentation rhinoplasty.Methods:126 patients with augmentation rhinoplasty were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group.The observation group was given nasal septum cartilage combined with ear cartilage prosthesis rhinoplasty method.The control group was given simple prosthesis rhinoplasty method.The rhinoplasty effects of two groups were compared.Results:The postoperative nasal tip moulding and rhinoplasty effect of patients in the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group.Conclusion:The nasal septum cartilage combined with ear cartilage in prosthesis augmentation rhinoplasty,the rhinoplasty effect is good,the feasibility is high,and the adverse reaction is small.
