锁定钢板治疗肱骨近端骨折的临床分析

Clinical analysis of locking plate in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures

目的:探讨肱骨近端骨折切开复位锁定钢板内固定治疗效果。方法:收治肱骨近端骨折患者18例,采用锁定钢板切开复位内固定。结果:随访3个月~2年,骨折愈合3~6个月,平均4.8个月。根据Neer功能评分,优14例,良3例,差1例,优良率94.4%。结论:锁定钢板是治疗肱骨近端骨折的一种有效治疗方法,适用于二、三、四部分骨折。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of open reduction and locking plate internal fixation in the treatment of proximal humeral fractures.Methods:18 patients with proximal humeral fractures were selected.They were treated with locking plate open reduction and internal fixation.Results:They were followed for 3 months to 2 years,the fracture healing time was in 3 to6 months,and the average was 4.8 months.According to Neer function score,14 cases were excellent,3 cases were good,1 case was poor,and the fine rate was 94.4%.Conclusion:Locking plate was an effective treatment for proximal humeral fractures.It was suitable for two,three and four fractures.
