纤维胃镜黏膜活检病理分析

Pathological analysis of fiber gastroscope mucosal biopsy

目的:分析纤维胃镜黏膜活检的病理情况。方法:对250例患者行纤维胃镜黏膜活检。结果:正常黏膜10例,慢性浅表性胃炎165例,慢性萎缩性胃炎13例,其他慢性炎18例,胃息肉2例,慢性溃疡8例,肿瘤34例。其病理特征各异。结论:纤维胃镜黏膜活检在诊断胃部疾病中具有十分重要的作用,结合临床以及病理分析得出正确的诊断结果,为后期治疗提供保障。

Objective:To analyze the pathologic condition of fiber gastroscope mucosal biopsy.Methods:250 patients were given fiber gastroscope mucosal biopsy.Results:10 cases were normal mucosa,165 cases were chronic superficial gastritis,13 cases were chronic atrophic gastritis,18 cases were other chronic inflammatory,2 cases were gastric polyps,8 cases were chronic ulcer,34 cases were tumour.Their pathological characteristics were different.Conclusion:The fiber gastroscope mucosal biopsy in the diagnosis of gastric diseases has a very important role.It combines with clinical and pathological analysis to get the correct diagnosis result,and that provides the guarantee for the late treatment.
