新生儿优质护理管理的运用效果观察

Application effect observation of neonatal high quality nursing management

目的:分析新生儿临床优质护理管理的运用及其效果。方法:收治新生儿62例,分成研究组和常规组。常规组采取一般性专科护理管理,研究组采取优质护理管理,比较两组的护理效果。结果:研究组护理质量、护理满意度及疾病发生率均优于常规组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:优质化护理干预可有效改善新生儿的身体素质,减少疾病发生率,提升家长护理满意度。

Objective:To analyze the application and its effect of neonatal clinical high quality nursing management.Method:62cases of newborns were divided into the research group and the normal group.The normal group took general specialized nursing management,and the research group took high quality nursing management.The nursing effect of the two groups were compared.Results:The nursing quality,nursing satisfaction and disease incidence of the research group were better than those of the normal group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:High quality nursing intervention could improve the physical quality of the newborn effectively and reduce the incidence of disease,which improved parents’ care satisfaction.
