Experience in the prevention and treatment of bone joint disease in elderly patients in community

目的:探讨老年人骨关节病防治方法和效果。方法:对社区老年人256例给予健康教育干预,总结老年人对骨关节病防治知识的掌握程度,结合文献报道提出适宜社区的防治措施。结果:干预前后老年人骨关节病基本知识、防治知识两方面知识掌握率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);行为改变方面,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:利用社区老年人管理平台,可以通过健康教育干预和健康管理,积极防治老年人骨关节病,提高老年人生活质量。

Objective:To explore the methods and results of prevention and treatment of bone joint disease in elderly patients.Methods:256 elderly patients in community were selected.They were given health education intervention.We summarized the master degree of elderly patients for the prevention and treatment of bone joint disease,and put forward appropriate community prevention measures combined with the reported in the literature.Results:There were significant differences in the knowledge of basic knowledge and prevention and treatment knowledge of the aged patients with bone joint disease(P<0.01),and the differences in behavior changes were significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Using the platform of the old people management in the community,we can actively prevent and control the elderly patients with bone disease through health education and health management,and improve the quality of life of the elderly.
