摘要
目的:培养高素质医护专业人才队伍,建立特色科室,打造品牌医院。方法:应用科研管理模式在人才任用、硬件完善、对外交流、科研技术等方面一系列举措,统计与分析实行科研管理模式前后3年医疗质量数据情况。结果:通过3年的创新管理,人才结构体系更加合理、综合医疗水平进一步提高、科研成果丰硕。结论:科研管理模式在建立人才队伍建设与提高医疗服务质量中起到重要作用,促进综合医疗水平的提升。
Objective:To cultivate high-quality medical professional team,establish special departments,build brand hospital.Methods:The research management mode was applied in the personnel appointment,the hardware consummation,the foreign exchange,the scientific research technology.We analyzed the medical quality data at three years before and after the implementation of research management pattern.Results:Through 3 years of innovative management,the structure of the talent structure was more reasonable;the comprehensive medical level was further improved;the scientific research results were plentiful.Conclusion:Scientific research management mode played an important role in the establishment of the personnel team construction and improvement of the quality of medical services.It can promote the upgrade of comprehensive medical level.
