自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮出血疗效观察

Observation on the effect of the treatment of hemorrhoids bleeding with automatic hemorrhoids ligation

目的:探讨自动痔疮套扎术治疗痔疮出血的临床疗效。方法:收治痔疮出血患者64例,随机分为观察组与对照组各32例,对照组采用常规保守疗法,观察组采用自动痔疮套扎术治疗,比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗总有效率100.0%,明显高于对照组的78.1%(P<0.05)。结论:自动痔疮套扎法治疗痔疮出血,操作简便,效果显著,且安全性较高。

Objective:To explore the effect of the treatment of hemorrhoids bleeding with automatic hemorrhoids ligation.Methods:64 patients with hemorrhoids bleeding were selected.They were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group with 32 cases in each.The control group were treated with conventional therapy,and the observation group were treated with automatic ligation of hemorrhoids,then we compared two groups of therapeutic effect.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group with 100% was significantly higher than 78.1% in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Automatic hemorrhoids ligation method was used to treat hemorrhoids bleeding,the operation was simple,the effect was significant,and the safety was higher.
