鼻内镜下局部定位电凝治疗鼻出血的疗效评价

Evaluation of the efficacy of endoscopic treatment of nasal hemorrhage in the treatment of nasal bleeding

目的:探讨鼻内镜下局部定位电凝治疗鼻出血的临床效果。方法:收治鼻出血患者48例,采用随机抽样方式将患者均分为观察组和对照组,各24例。观察组采用鼻内镜治疗,对照组采用传统鼻腔填塞治疗,比较两组疗效。结果:观察组一次性治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);且头痛、难以入眠的发生率均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在鼻出血患者中采用鼻内镜下局部定位电凝治疗,疗效确切,不良反应少。

Objective:To explore the clinical effect of endoscopic treatment for the treatment of nasal hemorrhage.Methods:48patients with nasal bleeding were selected.The patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,24 cases in each.The observation group were treated with nasal endoscopy and the control group were treated with traditional nasal packing.The effect of two group was compared.Results:The disposable cure rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the headache,difficult to sleep the incidence was significantly lower than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the patients with nasal bleeding,nasal endoscopy is used to treat the local location of electric coagulation,the effect is exact,and the adverse reactions are few.
